How to Wear High Waisted Pants

First off, not everyone should wear high waisted pants, for it exhibits certain areas of the lower body that will be noticed. Trust me, please, it WILL be noticed, "and what is it?" you may ask.
It is the B O O T Y.

If you have a small booty, please have a small waist to go with it. But regardless, here are some examples of high waisted pants that I suggest.

Leighton Meester Skinny jeans/Printed jeans/high waisted pants. Pair with a top that is loose and you'll be edgy chic.

Nicki Minaj meets MC Hammer pants with a print! okay this is tricky but this look is for my Go-Gettas out there that aren't afraid to take risks. Pair with tight top and HEELS of the same color.

Mischa Barton, STRAIGHT UP 70'S. Pair with a Graphic Tee from Hot Topic and let your hair down. <3
Fergie pairs a thick belt which adds curves (that she doesn't really have) and makes her look more feminine. Needs to be worn at day time, casual.

Beyonce. Pairs high waisted TROUSERS. Ok, trousers are for formal events (wedding, Broadway show, funeral, etc.) Pair with a Tank, and keep a Blazer on hand.

Ciara pairs the denim with a thin belt and heels the same color. Show a little cleavage, This is a perfect ensemble for a picnic, family reunion, or something to shop in. :)
Rihanna shows that leather pants should be an investment. PLEASE DO NOT purchase "pleather." This look can be achieved by a non-celebrity, just wear it at a night club, and make sure the bottom is tight or tucked. :)

Camilla Belle, Color Block, Green pants, purple shirt, orange blazer, Metallic Gold Belt, and teal Heels. Very Clever yet classy. Go for this look somewhere where you want to be noticed, like an interview, or an event where you'll see a crush.

Last but not Least Amber Rose, this look is for the curvy women, with extra small waist, wear this to a club at night, and you'll surely leave with more sets of digits than you have on your hands. But please ladies, be Classy. Add Pearls.
