HOW YOU GONNA DRESS FOR NYE?? HERE'S SOME TIPS

 1. DRESS SEMIFORMAL

If its a casual party, you'll be the belle of the ball, but bring formal pieces, such as pearls, closed toe pumps, or gloves just in case you are dressed down.

2. MAKE SURE YOUR SKIN IS LOTIONED

As a matter of fact, go out of your way to make sure you glow, because starting off the new year glowing is only appropriate.

3. DON'T FOLLOW THE TRADITION

Who says you have to wear the mini dress that almost shows what shouldn't be seen? Who says you have to wear something that sparkles?

4. BE CLASSY, SEXY, AND EDGY AT ONCE

Show skin, (but not too much!), add pearls (key to being classy) and something that is daring. WIN.

5. DO BLACK AND WHITE

2012 is going to be a unique year in history, no doubt, with no grey areas. Mix it up.

How to... Wear LACE

This is very important. I am seeing lace being worn wrong a lot lately, and this MUST STOP.
BUT! I have some ways that'll give you the GREEN LIGHT to wear Lace. ARE YOU ready????

TIP 1 Make you LBD(little black dress) a lace one. This will make you look 100% feminine while looking chic.
TIP 2  Lace shoes or lace dress....NOT BOTH!
lace SHOES
lace DRESS
both= TACKY
TIP 3 Add Lace Accessories, such as tights with a simple black dress, or a lace bag.
TIP 4 Lace doesn't necessarily have to be Black.! Don't be afraid of color!
TIP 5 Wear lace where you'd otherwise go bare, such as in the back, or arms.
TIP 6 Don't COVER yourself with lace from head to toe. Unless you're Lady GaGa. And even that looks tacky.
Leighton Meester went for a bold look, but she kept it classy with the business trousers. GOOD JOB! :)
TIP 7 Add a patterned lining under lace. (THIS IS FOR THE PROS.. try tip 1-6 before trying this..)
